Heat Treated Pallets

We are able to offer customers the latest heat treatment services to ISPM15 "International Phytosanitary Standard for Wood Packaging". PH Pallets has the ability to process thousands of heat-treated pallets to ISPM15 every week using our state-of-the-art onsite kilns, purpose-built for new or recycled pallets. Certificates are always produced to show a full audit trail. The approved measure that have been adopted are as follows: %u2022 Heat treatment of wood packaging which requires heating of the timber to a minimum core temperature of 56 ?C for a minimum of 30 minutes (HT) %u2022 Fumigation, using Methane Bromide (MB) to the relevant specification. ISPM15 also recommends that wood should be debarked prior to treatment by an approved measure (DB).
